I build complex, data intensive enterprise software: the operational systems where people, AI agents, data and decisions meet. I learned the craft on the platforms Fortune 50 finance runs on (AT&T, TCS, GE, now BlackRock, where I direct AI product design for Aladdin Studio). Working software comes before the specification, and I still design, prototype and implement myself.

Inside the product building layer of Aladdin, the platform behind the world's largest asset manager: 115+ working AI prototypes in 90 days, built as executable software so agent behavior and feasibility get tested before requirements harden; an AI Response Framework governed by 73 specifications; 60+ reusable human and AI interaction patterns. I set direction and I still design, prototype and implement.
A financial investigation platform built around a domain model of entities, transactions, relationships, forensic signals, evidence and actions. Six agents (Skeptic, Advocate, Forensic Quant, Regulatory Eye, Orchestrator, Polymath) investigate and challenge each finding before a human adjudicates. 600+ forensic markers, about 311K lines of production code and 10,100+ tests, designed and built by one person with AI agents as the implementation layer.
Led experience design for GE's Finance Data Lake and FP&A products, turning complex financial data, planning models and reporting workflows into operational software used across GE's industrial businesses, through the company's most intense period of financial transformation.
Entered ambiguous Fortune 50 problem spaces and turned them into working prototypes: 90+ engagements applying AI/ML, computer vision, AR/VR and IoT, $12M+ won, including a computer vision and AI loan processing solution servicing $1.2T in annual contracts. Led 18 UX principals backed by a 50+ person innovation team.
Lead IA for AT&T's largest online revenue area ($2B+ a month, $35M saved annually in call deflection); platform IA for Turner's web and mobile portfolio, seven national UX awards; UX architecture for a global master data core adopted by Home Depot, Best Buy, Target and Sony.
Six AI agents deliberate a payroll anomaly, live, with sealed evidence chains.

The through line is trust: making a machine's findings worth a human's signature.
I'm an AI product design executive. I learned the craft on the platforms Fortune 50 finance runs on (AT&T, TCS, GE, BlackRock). Today I direct AI product design for Aladdin Studio at BlackRock, and I run Elenchus, an independent AI product R&D lab where I test the next generation of human and AI interaction patterns (agentic orchestration, AI memory architectures, human control over autonomous agents) ahead of enterprise practice.
I build with AI agent teams, I codify what works into laws and frameworks, and I teach organizations to do the same. I also draw geometry by hand. Every practice is the same discipline: nothing arbitrary, every line earned.
