Five chapters in making AI trustworthy where money moves.

Elenchus — adversarial AI forensics

Founder · Independent AI R&D Lab · 2026 — present

What if audit findings had to survive a courtroom before a human ever saw them?

Elenchus is an AI-first accounting-forensics platform — and a deliberate research lab for the patterns that will define enterprise AI. Its core idea: no single model gets to declare fraud. Every anomaly is screened against 592 forensic markers across 18 fraud signatures, then argued by a tribunal of adversarial agents — Skeptic, Advocate, Forensic Quant, Regulatory Eye — and only findings that survive cross-examination reach the investigator, sealed into hash-chained, court-defensible evidence reports. One designer directing AI agents as the engineering team: ~274K lines of production Python, 9,200+ automated tests, 25 data connectors, and 80+ codified UX and data-visualization laws governing the design system.

BlackRock — Aladdin Studio

Director, AI Product Design · 2022 — present

Directing AI product design inside the platform that runs the world's largest asset manager.

Recruited in 2022 to lead design for BlackRock's Data & AI group; promoted to UX Director within nine months; now Director of AI Product Design for Aladdin Studio — the product-building layer of the Aladdin platform, spanning roughly $16 trillion in assets under management. The work: 115+ prototypes shipped in 90 days across trader applications, query builders, data exploration, and AI trade detection — built with AI agent teams. The architecture: the firm's AI Response Framework, a modular Bricks / Mini-Bricks system governed by 73 specifications, plus AI memory harnesses spanning semantic, procedural, and episodic strategies. The method: prompt-to-design, POC-before-PRD — working prototypes precede requirements — with time-to-task-completion as the core UX success metric. And the multiplier: workshops that teach designers and Managing Directors prompt craftsmanship and multi-agent orchestration.

Imagery from this chapter is deliberately withheld — Aladdin is an internal institutional platform, and this portfolio respects that boundary. The work speaks through its scale and its narrative.

GE — Finance Data Lake

Global Head of Experience Design · Dec 2018 — Jun 2022

Turning a data lake into something GE's global finance organization could actually use.

Recruited into GE full-time on the strength of multi-year GE-vertical work at TCS — including GE Innovator of the Year — I owned experience design globally for the Finance Data Lake product suite: the FP&A and financial-reporting platforms serving finance organizations across GE's industrial businesses, through the company's most intense period of financial transformation. MyFDL was the personalized front door: a widget-standards system (Compass) that made every KPI, headcount, and spend visualization composable; global profiles that made dashboards governed, shareable objects; and a data-visualization standard iterated across dozens of documented versions. That enterprise finance-data fluency became the foundation for Elenchus.

The industrial AI & AR era — TCS × GE

Global Head of Emerging Technologies & Fintech · Nov 2015 — Dec 2018

Designing the AI-first enterprise a decade early: a CFO cockpit you could talk to, and turbines you could see through.

The CFO who talked to software

Leading TCS's global emerging-tech practice — 18 UX principals backed by a 50+ person innovation team across Atlanta, NYC, London, Pune, Hong Kong, and the UAE — I delivered 90+ Fortune 50 engagements applying AI/ML, computer vision, AR/VR, NLP, and IoT, winning $12M+ through art-of-the-possible pitches and rapid prototyping. The signature GE work: the CFO Cockpit, which let finance leaders speak a question — "what are the top savings suggestions to reduce travel costs 30% in the next 90 days?" — get ranked, simulated options, and initiate a $3.1M policy change that drafted itself for review. In 2017, that was science fiction with a ship date. Elsewhere in the practice: a computer-vision + AI loan-processing solution servicing $1.2T in annual contracts — eliminating 95% of manual-entry errors and cutting employee turnover 40%.

The foundation years

AT&T · Turner · Bridge2 · The Home Depot · 2009 — 2015

Where the discipline was earned: information architecture at revenue scale.

Lead UX Information Architect for AT&T Bill & Payments — the company's largest online revenue area at $2B+ per month — where co-led redesigns saved $35M+ annually in call deflection. Principal UX Information Architect at Turner Broadcasting (TBS/TNT/TCM), platform IA for the web and mobile portfolio: seven national UX awards, gold and silver. UX Director at Bridge2 Solutions, serving 3,000+ banks and 450M+ users, including Apple's exclusive engraved-gifting eCommerce engagement. And the UX architecture of Stibo's global MDM core, adopted by The Home Depot, Best Buy, Target, Sony, and Philips.
