User Flows are incredibly important to UX Design. By seeing the user’s workflow, visual, a UX practitioner may reduce and/or automate steps, thus requiring less interaction from the user, thus decreasing the overall task time to completion. User Flows are a great tool for overall interface and workflow optimization.
